We organise educational excursions for nature lovers and basic school students as part of botany classes. In the garden, we learn about ornamental plants, herbs and vegetable plants, and in the forest we investigate Estonian forest plants and different forest types (pine forest, bog, mixed forest).

The nature observation trail leads across stunning mosaic landscape, where you can marvel at butterflies, including the species you don’t see in the ornamental garden. You will learn about Estonian butterflies and about the life and habitats of these wonderful insects.

The best time of the year to observe butterflies is from April to mid-September. The most intensive period for butterflies is from May to the end of July.
